Denitza Ilieva has been in the real estate management business for more than 15 years now. During that time, she has gained extensive experience and knowledge while taking senior management positions in well-known companies such as Tishman International, AIG/ Lincoln, BSR Sofia and the Bulgarian Facility Management Association. Denitza is the Executive Director of the Bulgarian Facility Management Association since early 2016.
Denitza has coordinated EU projects focused on creating new professional methods and platforms for education of young and practicing property management and FM experts.
She is fluent in English, Swedish and Danish.
