On 15 March BGFMA presented a workshop “Evolution from traditional services provision to FM models”. Phd David Martinez explored the differences between the traditional services provision and the FM models, and presented the main elements to make sure both were understood and the differences were clear. Also, the Key points to consider in the transition were outlined, and the benefits of using the most convenient in each case.
