ISO published the first two international standards for FM

The International Organization for Standardization published the first two international standards for facility management:

ISO 41011:2017 – Facility management – Vocabulary

ISO 41012:2017 – Facility management – Guidance on strategic sourcing and the development of agreements

The third international standard – „41013 – Facility management – Scope, key concepts and benefits“ is expected to be published until the end of the year.
