Lachezar joined the Landmark team in 2007 as a Leasing and Sales Manager and over the years he participated in many key projects wich led to the development of the company and the establishment of the brand Landmark at the real estate market.

With over 15 years experience in the real estate sector he has been responsible for the management of company properties as well as assets under management. Since Lachezar joined Landmark, he has been working with international and local companies in connection with the letting of the fund’s properties to prime institutions and retailers such as Eurobank EFG (Postbank), Deutsche Bank, CMS Cameron McKenna, Nova TV, Uniqa, IBM, Turkish Airlines, Servier Medical, Regus and many others.

In addition to his long experience, Lachezar always strives to improve his professional knowledge and skills and always works hard to achieve maximum success. Lachezar passed the RICS training course and was certificated in Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management (CRE and FM Certificate). He managed to successfully improve the efficiency, effectiveness and value for money of the properties and facilities services that he is managing on behalf of the organization and third parties.
